Payment Policy

We accept: MasterCard and Visa. Only credit or debit cards can be used to make payments. Upon placing an order or/and upon commencement of your membership, payment will be deducted from your account. Other than the approved amount, no excess amounts will be deducted upon the completion of your purchase.

Any and all purchases totaling above $100 will be subjected to additional verification and security measures such as 3Ds Secure protocol.

Automatic Recurring Billing

As detailed on the Terms and Conditions of this website, subscription/membership fees are automatically renewed at or after the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time and for a similar or lower amount, unless you apply for a cancellation request. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, you hereby authorize Ciendero LLC to charge you by your chosen payment method and to pay for the ongoing cost of the membership via the same payment method.

By agreeing to these terms of use, Subscriber enroll for a 7 day trial for only $1, and acknowledges that Subscriber will automatically be enrolled to a full Membership according to the price and terms chosen upon signup unless they cancel the Membership before the trial period ends. Additionally, Subscriber authorizes us to charge the Membership fee for the next billing cycle. Billing notifications will be sent from [email protected]. Membership Refund Policy

Membership can be cancelled at any time. If you choose to cancel your Membership, the said Membership will remain valid and running until the end of the current period already started and you will not be charged for further Membership periods.

We do not offer refunds as the cancellation is effectuated instantly after the commenced period. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied with our Membership service, it can in rare cases be considered to offer a refund of up to a maximum equal to 2 periods Membership fees. For any complaint about our Membership service please email your complaint to our customer service at [email protected] and we will take a decision within 3-4 working days.

Product Refund Policy

glambeautyfix offers a refund policy of 14 days (the standard, legally endorsed policy is 14 days). This return period is valid from the day you receive the delivery of your purchased items. An item can be return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return is valid as long as its in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

If the delivered item is a sealed good and it has been unsealed after delivery, it will not be suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
